Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our Server Book brand products, excluding clearance items or as otherwise specified in the item description. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for instructions on returning your item and will will promptly issue a refund or exchange.

Our guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date your order was placed. If it has been more than 90 days since the order date on your confirmation email, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items not in the original packaging and returned due to defective workmanship may be offered, at our exclusive option, a refund or exchange for identical or similar item at the same or lower current retail price.

Items that have been customized or altered in any way, or not in their original condition and packaging, may not be returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Clearance Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on clearance items. These items are clearly identified with CLEARANCE in the title.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
